1. Overview
coSociale retains personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve our services.
Our data retention practices ensure that:

- Data that cannot be immediately deleted for legal or operational reasons will be anonymized or restricted until deletion is possible.
- Backup copies may exist temporarily but will be permanently removed according to our retention schedule.
