1. Overview
These API Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the coSociale API and any associated documentation, SDKs, or developer tools (“API”). By accessing or using the API, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Organizations using the API must ensure their employees, contractors, or agents comply with these Terms.
3. API License
- coSociale grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API solely in accordance with these Terms.

- Lost or compromised keys must be reported immediately.
- coSociale reserves the right to suspend or revoke keys that violate these Terms.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
- You may only use data retrieved from the API in ways consistent with applicable privacy laws and these Terms.
- Personal or sensitive data obtained through the API must be handled according to our Privacy Policy and relevant regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
- You agree not to collect, store, or process user data beyond what is necessary for your authorized use.
8. Security

- Promptly notify coSociale of any security breaches, unauthorized access, or data incidents.
- coSociale may suspend API access in response to security concerns.
9. Modification and Termination
- coSociale may modify, suspend, or discontinue the API, documentation, or these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the API after updates constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Liability and Disclaimers
