Welcome to coSociale! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you can use our platform and services (“Services”). By accessing https://cosociale.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use coSociale Services

By signing up and using coSociale, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services and software to manage social media accounts, subject to these Terms.

  • Install and use the coSociale app on your personal devices (mobile or web).
  • Access features in your plan to create, schedule, publish, and manage content on supported social media platforms.
  • Use the Service lawfully and as intended.

2.2 What This License Does Not Allow

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute coSociale services or software.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with security features or bypass restrictions.
  • Use coSociale for illegal activities or harm.

2.3 Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not use coSociale if restricted by law, sanctions, or age limits.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

Creating an account grants access to most coSociale features. You agree to maintain accurate and secure account information.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees and maintain valid payment info.

5. User Content and Ownership

coSociale lets you create, schedule, and post content. You retain ownership of all content you create.

5.1 You Own Your Content

  • All text, images, audio, and video you post remain yours.
  • You retain all intellectual property rights.

5.2 License to coSociale

  • You grant coSociale permission to store, format, and transmit content to deliver the Service.
  • This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable.
  • Example: Scheduling a post allows us to format it and post at the scheduled time.

5.3 Posting to Third-Party Services

  • Content posted to connected platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, LinkedIn) is also subject to their terms.
  • coSociale is not responsible for third-party handling of your content.

5.4 Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure you own rights to your content.
  • Content must not violate laws, infringe rights, or promote harm.
  • Obtain necessary permissions for media involving other people.

5.5 Content Moderation and Removal

  • We may remove content violating these Terms, including hate speech, infringement, or harmful material.
  • Repeated violations may result in suspension or account termination.

You own your content; we use it solely to provide and manage the Service.


6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and functional platform:

6.1 Things You’re Not Allowed to Do

  • Open-source or licensed third-party components may be used.
  • These are governed by their own licenses.

Review AI-generated content carefully; coSociale is not liable for inaccuracies.


8. User Content

Everything you post remains yours. Using coSociale grants us a license to operate the Service.

8.1 You Own Your Content

  • Retain all rights to your text, images, audio, or video.

8.2 What You Let coSociale Do With Your Content

  • Store, manage, format, post, or schedule content.
  • Share with connected platforms as required.
  • License is worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable only for delivering the Service.

8.3.1 Images or Photos of People
  • You must have permission for people in your content.

8.5 We Don’t Monitor Everything — But We Might

9. coSociale Creator and AI Features

coSociale Creator uses AI (like OpenAI) to help generate content.

9.1 Using coSociale Creator

  • Input prompts generate "coSociale Creator Output."
  • You retain ownership of AI-generated content.

9.2 Third-Party AI Services

  • AI providers generate content; coSociale does not guarantee accuracy.
  • Use AI-generated content at your own risk.

9.3 Usage Limits

  • Limits may apply based on your plan. Exceeding them may suspend access.

9.4 Compliance with OpenAI Terms

  • coSociale is not responsible for AI-generated content errors.
  • Review all AI output before posting.

Use coSociale Creator responsibly. You own your AI-generated content and must comply with third-party policies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

This section explains what belongs to coSociale and what remains yours.

10.1 Ownership of the Service and Materials

  • coSociale owns all software, designs, graphics, text, logos, domain names, and other materials.
  • Protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws.

You don’t own coSociale materials unless explicitly stated.
